It all started back in the 80's when I casually collected 12" records beginning in the 7th/8th grade (yes, seriously); eventually, I got the DJ bug in '92 while I was stationed in the Air Force in Germany. Born & raised in Chicago, I grew up listening to the usual suspects in the Chicago House scene (Ron, Frankie, Farley, etc.) but, the truth is, I was exposed to multiple genres of music (jazz, funk, blues, country, reggae, etc.) from the time I was 1st able to process it to the present. I can switch it up from Disco to House to Techno to Drum & Bass & anything/everything in between at the drop of a hat; it's all about what I'm feelin' at the moment. AS MY FATHER USED TO BE A DRUMMER ! I DISCOVERED MY LOVE TO THE MUSIC IN MY URLY AGES. WITH 12 YEARS I STARTED TO DO MI FIRST MIX TAPES'S AND 2 YEAR LATER I DID SPIN MY FIRST TIME IN A LOCAL CLUB IN OUR VILLAGE BECAUSE OF MY JOB I HAD TO STEP BACK WITH THE MUSIC .... FIEW YEARS LATER I RESTARTED WITH DJ'ING AND DID BUILD UP MY OWN HOME STUDIO. FROM TIME TO TIME I USED TO PLAY IN SOME LOCAL CLUBS ARROUND ZÜRICH, BUT I NEVER DID IT PROFESSIONAL, IT WAS ALWAYS A HOBBY AND LOVE TO THE MUSIC FOR ME. 2 YEARS AGO I COMPLETLY RESTARTED WITH THE MUSIC AND KEEP PUSHING IT IN ALL WAYS AND DIRECTIONS .....

Born and raised in Brooklyn NY gave me the opportunity to see and hear some serious DJ's growing up. Rap,Hip Hop, RnB, Classics and PoP, I played it all. But the late nights on 98.7 kiss fm when I first heard this music called House, I was all in and I couldn't get enough. baiodeejay was born in Milan in 1970; grew artistically between dark music and anglo-saxon psychedelia, finds his musical identification in the panorama techno and trance tied to the Detroit scene of the 90's (Damon Wild, Mix Master Morris, Ritchie Hawtin, Orlando Voorn, Jeff Mills, Tim Xavier etc). In the 2000s the his love for the new electronics and a growing interest in house music artistically they will direct him toward the minimal - house and electro mainly linked to Berlin's German scene; musical style influenced by artists like Kraftuerk, Pink Floyd, Brian Eno etc. Matured in the Milan underground scene; today is the owner of an independent record label, called Habitat Recordings L.T.D, founded in the late '90s as well as DJ of some milanese and european clubs where also performs with his crew.
